trading slim ps3 160gb for xobx 360 4gb ?

i have a 160 gb ps3 which is in working order and boxed with one controller,headset and all cables +mw3 (game). I would like to swapt this deal for a slim xbox 360 4gb which is in full working order with one controller and a headset. reply asap if interested
