Broken working Fujitsu Laptop 3yrs old!! !

Fujitsu Siemens Esprimo Mobile V6535 Laptop Dual Core T4200 2.0GHz 2GB RAM 160GB 15.4 inc. This laptop is broken as in the picture on the screen has lines going through it making it blurry (see picture) it is also in good but slow working condition.
