Captain America PS3 game avengers unused .

Brand new game but case is damaged. My sister bought it for my son but got the console wrong. Unfortunately my dog got the case before we could change it. The actual game is untouched and never played. I have tried to show the back of the disc so you can see no scratches etc with the light shining through to prove it is the same disc!
