high spec gaming pc wanted cash waiting !

Hi,im looking for a high spec gaming pc with monitor etc good graphics card must be in excellent condition and fully working,if anyone has one for sale or is possibly able to build one please email with pics spec and price good money waiting for right pc,dont really no much about pcs but my young son has asked for one and hubby isnt much use.
